With everything you need for your celebration included in the hire and no need to wash your glassware afterwards, our SS package really does take the hassle out of organising your next event, so you can concentrate on what’s important – celebrating!

Let TLBC to take care of your Wedding Ceremony and Reception, this is one of our specialties!

We start with the 3 Hour Package for your ceremony using The Little Bar Cart.

For your reception, depending on the location, we can continue to utilise The Little Bar Cart, and/or if available, we can utilise a dedicated bar area at the venue. Of course, we can tailor to your specific needs and requirements.

Package Price from $850 + GST, plus reception hours

Final price will depend on number of TLBC staff required. 

We can provide a recommendation and quote, based on your expected guest numbers.

*Depending on number of guests and quantity of drinks, additional set-up time may be needed.

Unlike other companies, The Little Bar Cart does not charge any extra to shake up your delicious cocktails and we don’t charge a ‘per head’ fee.

We are excited to announce we have partnered with Universal Bar Off-Site Events who will advise and assist with your liquor licensing needs. Universal Bar Off-Site events in conjunction with The Little Bar Cart, specialises in weddings, outdoor festivals, pop-up bars, community fairs, concerts and really any event requiring bar services. Of course, The Little Bar Cart and our amazing staff will be there to service your event.

    TLBC is an indoor and outdoor mobile bar service which can go almost anywhere, we can even fit inside an elevator. If you have concerns about if TLBC can fit into your space, please contact us.

    No we don’t. Drinks must be supplied by the organiser. Please make sure all the drinks are chilled and ready to serve when we arrive.

    The Little Bar Cart is available to appear at large public events such as music concerts, festivals etc. For all event enquiries, please contact us.

    TLBC is a full bar service and we are here to please! We are happy to serve any of your beverage choices at your event including Champagne, wine, bottled beers, ciders, spirits, cocktails, soft drink, juice and water.

    Yes. Ingredients for cocktails can be supplied by you. So that we can be prepared, please advise us on your needs before the event.

    Yes. We have designed TLBC specifically so that it can be utilised indoors as well as outdoors. If you are planning an indoor event, please advise an access details including stairs and doorway measurements so we can ensure TLBC will fit!

    Yes, all our staff hold an RSA Certificate.

    Yes. However, it is up to the event holder to ensure the park area or venue hired, is in accordance with council regulations and you are permitted to consume alcohol within your hired area.

    Where relevant permits are required, the event organiser must provide permission confirmation to TLBC prior to the event.

    Yes. When booking your event with TLBC, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. TLBC requires the balance to be finalised prior to your event. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

    Delivery, set-up and pack-up is included in the package price for each TLBC location. However, please contact your nearest location with the specifics of your event to confirm whether any additional delivery or travel fees may apply.

    No, we don’t. All beverages are to be chilled prior to our arrival.

    Our carts are fitted with LED lighting and we use rechargeable battery packs to power, so access to mains power is not required.
