TLBC is an indoor and outdoor mobile bar service which can go almost anywhere, we can even fit inside an elevator. If you have concerns about if TLBC can fit into your space, please contact us.
No, we do not carry a liquor license; however, we are fully prepared with all requirements to serve alcohol at private events! This simply means that we are unable to directly purchase and sell alcohol ourselves or operate a cash bar.

Yes! We carry General and Liquor Liability Insurances.
TLBC is a full bar service and we are here to please! We are happy to serve any of your beverage choices at your event including Champagne, wine, bottled beers, ciders, spirits, cocktails, soft drink, juice and water.

TLBC has been designed specifically so that it can be utilized indoors as well as outdoors. If you are planning an indoor event, let us know the access measurements and we will tell you if TLBC will fit!

Yes. However, it is up to the event holder to ensure the park area or venue hired, is in accordance with local government regulations and you are permitted to consume alcohol within your hired area.
Where relevant permits are required, the event organizer must provide permission confirmation to TLBC prior to the event.
Due to the nature of the business we offer no rain date policy. Fortunately, The Little Bar Cart can fit indoors!
We do offer serving shots. However, because the event will be an open bar for your guests, we must implement some boundaries for safety reasons.
- We check IDs. Serving minors is illegal and is taken very seriously by the law. We will not put you, as the host, or our business in legal jeopardy.
- Anyone who is visibly intoxicated will be cut off. It’s not fun, but it is occasionally necessary. We love when everyone is having a great time, (you’re throwing a party after all!) but the safety of your guests is our priority.
Yes, all our staff are ATAP certified.
Yes, we can supply them.
We require a 50% deposit to reserve the event.
- If you cancel 3 or more months before your event, you will get your full refund back.
- If you cancel less than 3 months before your event, you will get 50% of your deposit back.
- If you cancel less than 1 month before your event, there will be no refund of your deposit
Delivery, set-up and pack-up is included in the package price for each TLBC location.
Travel fee: $1.50/mile
No, we don’t. However, we do include 4 x 10 lb bags of ice. All beverages are to be chilled prior to our arrival.

We handle our own trash and dispose of it after the event. We do not handle the event trash.
No we do not require power to operate The Little Bar Cart NY.
No, if you have an indoor event that’s held in a separate floor, please make sure there’s an elevator available . If you have concerns about if TLBC can fit into your space, please contact us.
