Package Price

(Mon-Sat) $700 + GST          (Sun) $750 + GST

2 hours is the minimum package we offer.

If your event is longer than 2 hours, an additional charge will apply for every hour thereafter, as follows

Let TLBC to take care of your Wedding Ceremony and Reception, this is one of our specialties!

We start with the 2 Hour Package for your ceremony using The Little Bar Cart.

For your reception, depending on the location, we can continue to utilise The Little Bar Cart, and/or if available, we can utilise a dedicated bar area at the venue. Of course we can tailor to your specific needs and requirements.

Package Price from $700 + GST, plus reception hours

Final price will depend on number of TLBC staff required. We can provide a recommendation and quote to you based on your expected guest numbers.

    FAQ's

    TLBC is an indoor and outdoor mobile bar service. We service Hobart and greater  Tasmania. Events further than 1 hour from Hobart CBD will incur a travel fee.

    Please see packages listed above to know what is provided in our services.

    In some instances.

    If you require us to provide alcohol and other beverages for the purposes of selling direct to the public this is not an issue. We will obtain the appropriate Tasmanian liquor license based on the specific details of each event.

    Private events – For events where you would like to supply your own alcohol, you may source the products yourself. Just make sure all the drinks are chilled and ready to serve when we arrive.

    No, however when required a liquor permit will be obtained from the appropriate Tasmanian liquor regulator. 

    TLBC is a full bar service, and we are more than happy to serve any of your beverage choices at your event including Champagne, wine, bottled beers, ciders, spirits, cocktails, soft drink, juice and water.

    Yes. Ingredients for cocktails can be supplied by you. So that we can be prepared, please advise us on your needs before the event.

    Yes. We have designed TLBC specifically so that it can be utilised indoors as well as outdoors. If you are planning an indoor event, please advise an access details including stairs and doorway measurements so we can ensure TLBC will fit!

    Yes, all our staff hold an RSA Certificate.

    Yes. However, it is up to the event holder to ensure the park area or venue hired, is in accordance with council regulations and you are permitted to consume alcohol within your hired area.

    Where relevant permits are required, the event organiser must provide permission confirmation to TLBC prior to the event.

    Yes. When booking your event with TLBC, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. TLBC requires the balance to be finalised prior to your event. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

    Delivery, set-up and pack-up is included in the package price.  A $150 travel fee is applicable for travel required more than 1 hour from Hobart to the destination.

    No we don’t. All beverages are to be chilled prior to our arrival. However, ice and tubs are used to keep your drinks cold for the duration of the event.  For larger events, the host should consider refrigeration or mobile cool room options.  Events with cocktail service, require additional service ice.

    TLBC is not responsible for removing rubbish from the event.  However, if you require rubbish removal, we can do this for a fee.

    The Little Bar Cart does not require power to operate.
