It all began with Perth-born entrepreneur Pippa Candido – a lover of Champagne, celebrations and exceptional customer service. During her many attendances at weddings and celebrations, she recognized an absence of formal hospitality - at the very least, why wasn’t everyone toasting life’s celebrations with Champagne! She believed these special moments deserved to be marked with exceptional drinks in a ceremonial gesture. As such, The Little Bar Cart was born. A unique, one-of-a-kind, custom-built drinks cart modelled on a vintage car, that infuses celebrations and events with quality drinks and exceptional customer service, adding oomph and style wherever it went. Before long, what was born as an idea to service weddings, quickly grew into Perth’s most sought-after mobile drinks service company, servicing events of all types, that has been growing and expanding year on year since its inception in 2016.

Trevor and Pippa have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years.
Pippa worked as a flight attendant for private and commercial airlines as well as establishing another events hire business. Whereas Trevor has been involved in numerous hospitality ventures over a successful 25 year career, ranging from project management through to operations and oversight. Their taverns and bars in Australia speak volumes about their experience, dedication, and attention to quality services.
